Our product fulfilment processes
warehousing & storage
At our secure, 45,000 sq. foot warehousing site, we are able to receive and store most types of product and store in bulk or on palletised racking. Our warehouse is bonded, allowing for the storage of dutiable goods from outside the UK without payment of duty and VAT.
stock control
Utilising software developed by Microsoft, your stock levels are managed on a real time basis. Reports can be exported via email, or links created with your own IT system, to keep you fully in control of stock levels and re-ordering requirements.
order processing
Orders are received by EDI, e-mail or fax. As soon as your order is received a picking list is produced, along with consignment notes and routing labels. Orders are tracked via our ‘Great Plains’ software through to delivery.
pick & pack
Our new fulfilment line, maximises efficiency and picking accuracy. Every despatch is automatically checked via our volumetric quality control system. Orders are despatched and delivered to match agreed delivery turn around times and performance KPI’s.
outward transit
We have the distinct advantage of operating our own transport fleet, enabling us to maintain total control of palletised deliveries. Smaller despatches are handled by parcel carriers who meet ours and our customers KPI requirements.
real time reports
Reporting systems are established in discussion with your management team, to ensure that you receive the information you require, when you require it and in a format that matches your own system needs.
